I am President at CreativeOS, an AI-powered SaaS platform serving 25,000+ consumer brands with production LLM workflows, image generation, and AI agent orchestration. I also run Automatic, an AI consultancy I founded in 2024 to help consumer brands ship production AI (not demos). I advise Magic Mind on growth and AI integration.
Day to day, I am shipping AI inside consumer workflows, hiring engineers and operators, and writing the playbook on what production AI actually looks like outside the demo reel.

How I think
The work is 90% thinking, 10% prompting. Most teams flip those numbers and wonder why their AI ships demoware. The V1 Framework is the methodology I use to keep that ratio honest: strip assumptions, decompose to the irreducible unit of work, constrain the problem, define done, then instruct. The instruction is the easy part if you did the thinking.
The same logic scales up. The AI Transformation Playbook runs the same discipline across the five phases of a real program: diagnose, anchor, pilot, scale, operate. The mistake most consumer brands make is buying tools before picking the anchor. I take the opposite stance. Anchor first, tools last.
I am a builder-operator. I write code, I run P&Ls, I hire teams, I ship product. The reason any of that compounds is that I do not split those identities. The same person who writes the spec runs the standup and reviews the migration. That is what production AI requires now.
